Intervention is a combination of program elements or strategies designed to produce behavior changes or improve health status among individuals.
Interventions include educational programs, new and stronger policies, improvements in the environment, or a health promotion campaign. Interventions are implemented in different settings including communities, worksites, schools, health care organizations, faith-based organizations or in the home. Interventions implemented in multiple settings and using multiple strategies are the most effective because of the potential to reach a larger number of people in a variety of ways. We let our patients to live in a family atmosphere so that they may know the value and importance of families. We let peer groups to live together. Clinical help is delivered to them timely and effectively. Social groups are always there for the patients to refrain them from any mental crisis.
